WHO WE ARE
Plate Club is a residency matchmaker. We connect food operators with pubs and venues looking for kitchen talent. We're your residency partner, helping you find the right site, negotiate fair terms, and launch successfully. We also offer ongoing support with marketing, PR, photography, and more. You and your venue partner can choose your level of support.
WHY YOU'RE HERE
You've been invited because we think you could be a great fit for one of our venue partners. Now that you've signed our Working Agreement, you can browse live opportunities and apply for the ones that interest you.
One note: the venues here trust us to introduce quality operators. Please don't contact them directly. Everything goes through Plate Club.
HOW IT WORKS
Browse and apply
Each listing shows a venue, what they're looking for, kitchen setup, expected revenue, and the commercials. If something feels right, apply and tell us why you'd be a good fit.
Shortlisting
We put together a shortlist for each venue. If they're interested, we set up a visit so you can see the space and meet the owner.
Contracting
If both sides want to proceed, we help negotiate a fair deal (length, commission/rent, terms etc). Simple contracts that protect everyone.
Launch
Once signed, we create a personalised launch plan covering operations and marketing to help you open strong. The level of support you pick determines how much work we do here.
Ongoing support
We check in a few weeks after launch to see what's working. If issues come up during the residency, we're here to help. Again, we can help with PR, socials and more depending on the level of support you'd like.
After that
When your residency ends, we'll try to help you find your next one.
